My name is CaroleAnn.

In my writing I publish as C.A. Leishman.

I am very grateful to live, work and play within the ancestral territory of the ɬəʔamen (Tla’amin Nation) whose people have inhabited the region for thousands of years living in harmony with the land. This region is in Coastal BC in Canada.

I have worn many hats in my life, most recently as a City Councillor for two terms and as an Architectural Designer and Project Manager in construction.

I have been writing stories, plays, poetry, screenplays, songs, you name it, my entire life. This year I had the revelation that I'm not getting any younger so I decided to take the plunge and start writing fiction and publishing because it's never too late to do what you love until it's actually too late. If not now, when?
